The nose is powerful and reveals notes of crushed pear, oak and dried yellow plum combined with a hint of dried orange, sandalwood as well as a very slight touch of white pepper, cardamom and spices.
The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good structure and fine freshness. This premium single malt Whisky expresses notes of pear, white fruit in syrup and soft notes of mirabelle plum alongside a hint of quince, sandalwood, dried citrus and cardamom. There is a slight touch of oak on the persistant finish.
