We offer two delivery services to mainland UK addresses:

Standard Delivery (3 to 5 Business Days) – £6.99

Express Delivery (1 to 3 Business Days) – £8.99

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £120

All orders with a total over £120 will get free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control — such as courier delays, adverse weather, or seasonal demand.

A notification will be sent by the carrier confirming the delivery day and an estimated time.

Delivery Details

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

You’ll receive a notification from the courier with delivery details and tracking once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the courier name and a tracking number.

If you placed your order as a registered customer, you can also find tracking details in your My Account section.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Deliveries require the presence of someone aged 18 or over.

If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Due to alcohol licensing laws, deliveries cannot be left unattended or with neighbours.

PACKAGING & CARRIERS

We use specialist wine couriers and premium packaging designed to protect wine and spirits in transit. Our packaging meets or exceeds industry standards for safe delivery of liquids.
