DELIVERY DETAILS & PRICES
STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £6.99
All orders with a total under £120 will be subject to our standard delivery charge of £6.99.
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £120
All orders with a total over £120 will get free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability.
All orders are despatched using a 2-4 day carrier service, however we can not guarantee a delivery day as there may be circumstances beyond our control.
A notification will be sent by the carrier confirming the delivery day and an estimated time.
Delivery Details
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched on Monday. (Excludes bank holidays).
If you are not in to sign for your delivery the carrier will post a card with contact details for you to arrange to collect your parcel from the carriers nearest depot or to organise a re-delivery that is convenient to you.
Deliveries will require a a person over 18 to be present at the point of delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When you place an order with Cavavin a confirmation email is sent out to you which includes the name of the carrier and a tracking code so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If you placed your order as a registered and logged in customer you can view your tracking code details via the my account section.
