Tradition dictates that the wine aged in cask number 137 was reserved to mark the completion of each harvest and this wine is named for the event.

After undergoing malolactic fermentation, 60% of the wine is aged for 12 months in first and second-use oak barrels, with a capacity of 225 and 500 liters. This process imbues the wine with complexity and great structure, making it an ideal choice for cellaring for several years.
