A great vintage! One of the most beautiful château of Pessac-Léognan wines. This wine is of commendable quality, being simultaneously concentrated, fine and harmonious, with a palate that's as broad as it is precise. We find aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, black tea, smoked earth and gingerbread on the nose. Château Pape Clément displays the stunning diversity of its terroir. Its 60 hectares of vineyard are made up of a mixture of soils from sandy gravel to clay-limestone, and its limestone subsoil is rich in iron. This great wine is aged for 18 months in barrels, of which 60% are new. It has a sharp attack that's soft and rounded, even caressing. The tannins are close and tight, promising a good future to come. Good ageing potential.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability. All orders are despatched using a 2-4 day carrier service, however we can not guarantee a delivery day as there may be circumstances beyond our control.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched on Monday. (Excludes bank holidays).
If you are not in to sign for your delivery the carrier will leave a notification with details for you to arrange to collect your parcel or to organise a re-delivery that is convenient to you.
Alcohol deliveries require a person aged over 18 to be present at the point of delivery and cannot be left outside a property.
